1.    What is Consignment?
            Consignment means you receive payment after Bellissima has completed the sale.

2.    What are we looking for?
            High-end Designer clothing, handbags, jewelry, and accessories from Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, St. John Knits, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Prada, Versace, etc.

3.    Do we ever buy outright?
            Yes. We buy selected Chanel, Hermes, St. John Knits, Louis Vuitton, etc. items outright. Email, call, or stop by the store for more information. All items must be                     authenticated before proceeding with payment.

4.    How are the prices determined?
            Each item's price is determined by comparing recent sales of that particular item. We do extensive research to find the most accurate "market value" possible.

5.    What happens if my item(s) are not sold?
            After the 60-90 day policy has expired, if the clothes are still unsold, they will be returned to you, upon request. If not requested, unsold items become property of the             store or are contributed to various charities.
